In today's generation, if you really want a change in our country's condition, then it's not going to be success with same old people in ruling system, they seems like old telephone in this smartphone generation. we have to replace youth over old people in political and government sectors or any post related to development of country soon. 

some concern rules should be formulation soon  for candidates are:

Age should not be above than 50 years old.

They should have minimum education qualification of  secondary level. 
They should attend class of skills development like communication skill, leadership skill, critical thinking skill and so on.
